Poor product

Unfortunately when I received this item, the earrings were a silvery grey rather than Pearl as shown in the picture. I am unsure whether I was sent the wrong item or whether this product page is extremely misleading. Despite having the wrong item, I was then informed I could not get a refund because I could not send the earrings back for hygiene reasons. Very disappointed.
