We ship Studio Hop goods to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Honk Kong and all non EU countries and offer a fast turnaround even for personalised gift items.  

We aim to personalise and ship orders within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of placing your order (most items personalised and shipped on the same day if ordered before noon).

(Shipping to EU countries - Due to complex European Union VAT rules we do not currently ship to EU countries from this website but offer our full range and EU shipping in our Etsy store.  There will be no additional import taxes charged when ordering on Etsy.)

A signature may be required on delivery of your order. Where a signature is not provided the parcel will be held at a local Royal Mail delivery office (for one week - then returned to us), and a card requesting collection/detailing re-delivery options will be left. Parcels returned to us due to non-collection by the customer can be re-delivered but this will have to be at the expense of the customer.

Delivery charges are based on the overall weight of your order and will be calculated during the checkout, we try to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible and many orders qualify for Free shipping automatically depending on your spend.

Taxes & Lead Time For Non UK Deliveries

We are happy to ship items worldwide (excluding the EU) but lead times can vary depending on country and the shipping service you choose.  We usually estimate shipping to most countries takes as little as 5-7 days but it can be longer.

Orders shipping to addresses outside the UK may be subject to taxes and import duty on arrival. Our prices do not include any additional taxes which customers may be required to pay locally prior to or upon delivery.  Studio Hop are not liable for import duty, tax or handling charges which the customer may be required to pay. 

We recommend you check if there are import charges in your country of delivery (often our items will fall below the value threshold but these also vary by country).

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, we send you the wrong item or an item arrives damaged etc. please contact us as soon as you receive your order by emailing us at  We can then come back to you with the full return details. 

Excluding personalised items (see below), we allow 30 days for customers to return any unwanted item(s) for exchange or refund provided the items are returned unused and in their original packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have been supplied with the wrong item or receive a damaged item.

When returning items to us, please always use a tracked service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as any item lost in transit will be the senders responsibility. 

Personalised goods (monogrammed etc): Items that have been personalised to your specification are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and are excluded from the 30 day returns policy unless they have been delivered to you faulty.  It is therefore essential that you carefully check any personalisation requests you make for any errors during the checkout processes as spelling errors cannot be corrected once the order is placed.  What you enter as your personalisation text will be what we print, even if they look incorrect and do not follow normal spelling or grammar rules.  We reserve the right to not print offensive messages on items. 

Damaged / faulty goods: Should you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us as above and we will arrange to replace/refund you (including shipping).  If you send a photograph showing the problem matters are also often sorted out more quickly.

If you are sending an item back to us from outside the UK please complete a customs declaration form as "COMMERCIAL GOODS RETURNED FOR REFUND" which you then attach to the order.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at

The above terms form part of our contract with you but they do not affect your statutory rights.
