We ship Studio Hop goods worldwide and offer a fast turnaround even for personalised gift items.  We aim to personalise and ship orders within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of placing your order (often a lot quicker).

We also offer an optional extra fast personalisation and shipping service so that UK orders placed before noon are printed, packed and shipped on the same day for next day delivery. This option is offered during the checkout process when available.

A signature may be required on delivery of your order. Where a signature is not provided the parcel will be held at a local Royal Mail delivery office (for one week - then returned to us), and a card requesting collection/detailing re-delivery options will be left. Parcels returned to us due to non-collection by the customer can be re-delivered but this will have to be at the expense of the customer.

Delivery charges are based on the overall weight of your order and will be calculated during the checkout, we try to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible and many orders qualify for Free shipping automatically depending on your spend.
