To say I was not pleased upon receipt of scarf would be the understatement of the year. Shocked, mystified then furious: I paid for grey initials but the backside (bobbin) of the initials was white plus the ends of the thread were not tied off- no telling how long stitching will last before it all comes undone. I would be too embarrassed to give it as a present, I donated it to Good Will. Scarf itself was simply adequate, nothing special. Horrible experience, will never do business with this company again. You'll get a better buy at any one of the less
expensive stores.
